WHAT IS THE KMCA???

The Kentucky Municipal Clerks Association is a professional organization dedicated to developing trust in municipal government. It provides opportunities for education, professional development, personal growth, and leadership. The KMCA encourages new and innovative ideas to enable members to fulfill and discharge their official duties for promoting the office of the Kentucky Municipal Clerk.

MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The next KMCA membership meeting will be held during the Master Municipal Clerks Academy in August. More information will be posted as it becomes available. This will be a regular KMCA membership meeting and we hope everyone will try to attend. You DO NOT need to be a paid registrant for the entire program to attend the membership meeting, so if you cannot attend the entire MMCA you are still welcome to join us for the business meeting.

Kitty Johnson Scholarship Application - Tuesday, May 15, 2012

The Kitty Johnson Scholarship covers the registration fee to attend the Kentucky Municipal Clerk Institute (KMCI) August 20-24 at the Hilton at Lexington Green. For all requirements please see the application. Applications must be received by Friday, May 25.

 
David B. Smith Memorial Scholarship - Tuesday, May 15, 2012

The David Smith Scholarship can be used to cover the registration fee to attend either the Kentucky Municipal Clerks Institute (KMCI) August 20-24 at the Hilton at Lexington Green or the Kentucky Municipal Clerks Academy (KMCA) August 22-24 at the Hilton at Lexington Green. If you are attending the Institute you can apply for both. For all requirements please see the application. Applications must be received by Friday, May 25.
