The KMCA By-Laws were last amended in April 2009. Click here to link to the current by-laws. The most recent changes were voted on at the membership meeting at Spring Conference on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at KY Dam Village. All currently paid members of the KMCA were sent by mail a draft of suggested by-laws changes and the draft was posted on this site. The changes presented were the recommendation of the By-laws Committee appointed in 2008 by President Batliner. The committee was chaired by Karen Barto and the other members were Pat Burch, Mary Scott, Maxine Jeffries, and Amy Able. The changes suggested by the committee were reviewed by the KMCA Board at their March meeting.
